In 2011, together with a few partners, we founded Training Center Aviator with the aim to bring technical aviation training up to the new level in Russia. Aviator is now a well-known aviation school: we have developed 300+ courses and training modules; about 10,000 aviation professionals from 34 countries have successfully finished Aviator’s classes and passed tests.
 

To complement Aviator, we launched aviation certification and consulting center Aviagrand, LLC, which is an expert in providing continuing airworthiness management and advisory services in aftersales support, aviation technologies design, production and maintenance.
 

Our strategy is to consistently deliver a qualitative product to our partners, develop new services and grow organically. Some time ago, an industry veteran Aviaizdat, LLC have joined our team and added substantial experience in technical publications, Simlified Technical English (STE), translation services and data analysis to A11 Group portfolio.
 

Most recently we founded Aviastaff, LLC, a recruitment, competency assessment and aviation staffing company. Our mission is to enhance and make available of talent acquisition and competency assessment of personnel for the needs of aviation enterprises. Aviastaff works for the benefit of aviation community, and aims at establishment of a pool of professionals, who are interested in personal development and recruitment.
